Located in our store you will find a state-of-the-art room with the latest repair equipment. Our watchmaker is continually engaged in the most current education and training at the Lititz Watch Technicum in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The Lititz Watch Technicum educates their watchmakers to conform with the highest standards set by WOSTEP (Watchmakers of Switzerland Training & Education Program). The Lititz Watch Technicum is the only school in the United States that encompasses all areas of horology.
Owning a fine timepiece requires regular care and service to keep it functioning at its best. Our service department understands the importance of your timepiece and is committed to helping you improve and maintain its top condition. Minor watch repairs, such as battery replacement, adding and removing links from watchbands, and replacing worn bands on your favorite watch are easily accomplished. Jewelry Appraisals
An official appraisal will detail information about the type, quality and replacement value of individual jewelry items and watches. A professional appraisal is essential for insurance claims when jewelry has been lost, stolen, or damaged. We are happy to provide your insurance company with the qualified documentation. Our appraiser on staff adheres to the standards set forth by the Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A.). Each Appraisal provides accurate representation of your jewelry items. We invite you to speak to any member of our staff with questions you may have. Your jewelry, brought in for appraisal, is kept securely and does not leave the store. Insurance appraisals should be updated every few years or as required by your insurance company.
